Very nice latin feel!
I really like how the drum beat feels like a combo between a samba and reggae. Do you have sheet music? It might make for an interesting jazz song for school :P

thanx for review
I always tough that "St. Thomas" is more like Latin style, recently I found out that is more Carribean musicx :D
as a reccomendation for sheet music i say get "Real Book"
I found a site where that is online, I'll PM you if I find the link again
Alright
This would be a much better song if the piano part was in the right key signature the whole time, it sounds like there's a wrong note in there. I'm not one to usually to complain about dissonance, but that's just yucky! It occurs within the first 4 notes of the piano melody, so check that out.
-Studying music theory would be a great asset. I know it sounds like "aww man, boring," but trust me, put in the hard work on learning music theory, and you will thank me later. In fact, a Newgrounds artists that is widely acclaimed here thanked me for this advice: Pick up a copy of "The Complete Idiots Guide to Music Theory." This isn't to insult you in any way, but to make your songs even better than you could imagine right now. Do the excercises, and practice with it, and I guarantee you'll be doing some awesome stuff!
Hi there!
Your last review asked for me to review two of your other songs (newer ones) I cannot figure it out, so I'm going to pick your two newest songs. Please, if you'd like, review and rate some of my work. It would be nice, but I won't force the issue ;)
-Very nice lead in with the dynamic filter thing going on. Some more drum fills would be desired to give the song more flow and dynamics. It feels like the same beat over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and...well, the point is made! Add variety to the drums. There's some good variations in your melodies/bass/harmony/countermelodies , listen to the song and shape the drums around the song. Add FX where desired too. Be creative! Create whatever is felt, and get into it! The first step is complete, there's a very nice structure to the song, now add the meat.

Very interesting idea.
Suggestions-
From 0:00 to 1:28, start with a soft volume, and increase the volume and make the song more intense as the part progresses. That will draw the listeners in more. Awesomeness after that, thank you for being a great artist :D
Too crowded...
Seems like a bunch of instruments stuffed in for an extended period of time once the main part started up. It just sounds like noise honestly. Add better layering/mixing and dynamics. Every instrument doesn't need to be heard all the time. Create variety within variety.
sweet imperfectdisciple reviewed my song :)
thanks, yea your right it is a little crowded, thanks for the review :P can you check out my 2 new ones and tell me what you think?
im still kind of new to FL
Awesome!
This is the definition of a remix folks, take it with joy and awesomeness! This is one of the best I've ever seen in a remix. Very nice mixing and dynamics. Nice everything :D

Pretty good.
Needs some more dynamics change, the dynamics currently in the song are very generic and predictable. Nice mixing! The sound is quite pleasing. The piano especially is touching.

Hmm
Seems like a cool idea, but it's pretty repetitive and that bass drum is really annoying, sounds like a cardboard box. However, this does have a nice madness part after getting past the ambient intro. Good luck, and P.S. You now must review my MAC Madness submission :P
-P.S. (again) review as hard as you'd like :)
-ImperfectDisciple
haha
All I could think was Venetian Snares listening to this song. Quite honesty, I have no idea what Charles Manson said, what what that? lol
-Very very nice dynamics and rhythm alterations, it was very catchy. This is probably the most awesome work in this style I've heard in a while. It's short, but sweet like delicious candy rattling the brains inside my head and destroying all my taste buds, making me go MADDDDDDDDDDD >:(
... :D
-Anyways, awesome stuff, feel free to check my MAC submission to the madness contest, "Hank in Hell."
